By accessing and using the CINC mobile application ("App") and services ("Services"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

CINC provides a mobile application platform that offers various features and services including but not limited to content consumption, interactive games, polls, and social engagement features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.

By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Services.

6. Points, Rewards, and Virtual Items

The App may include a points system, rewards, achievements, and other virtual items. These virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other tangible goods. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the points system or any rewards program at any time without notice. Points and rewards are non-transferable and may expire according to our policies.

If you purchase any paid features or subscriptions:

• All fees are stated in your local currency and are non-refundable unless required by law
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
